VANASANA Tour de France 🚐

VANASANA Tour de France

Hello! If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably already heard about the VANASANA project that I am preparing for 2024. If not, don't worry, I present everything in detail here. Let's go!

On the program:

  1. The genesis of the project
  2. Build everything from A to Z
  3. A committed project
  4. And YOGASANA in all this?
  5. Join the adventure

1 - Seeing my dreams come true

In June 2023, two important things happened in my life:

  • I adopted an adorable puppy: Bailey
  • I bought a truck. The goal? To convert it into a van and discover France and Europe. It's a project that has been maturing for over a year, and I still don't realize that it's becoming a reality.

2 - Build everything from A to Z

I love challenges, and with the van, I'm getting started on major projects. The idea is to take advantage of the summer; a period when it's hot and activity is slowed down to develop it. On the program:

  • Cleaning
  • Openings and vents
  • Insulation
  • Electricity
  • Plumbing
  • Development
  • Decoration
  • And many more things!

To move forward with the project, I can count on the help of my dad, my lover Laura, Marine, Camille & Thomas.

3 - A committed project

This project of traveling in a van is in line with my convictions. I want to take the time to slow down , keep only the essentials and fully enjoy nature. All this, in the most eco-responsible way possible. To do this, I will fit out the van with the most respectful and natural materials possible.

For example, for insulation, I will use cork rather than Armaflex. The same goes for the choice of wood and paints. Also, I will install a solar panel to supply me with electricity and I have chosen to work with a French company. I will give you more details in the next articles to come.

4 - And YOGASANA in all this?

What is the link between yoga and a converted van? To be honest, at first, there was none. It was as I thought about it that I decided to include this life project with YOGASANA.

VANASANA ( thanks Aline for the name idea ) was thus born and allows me to bring together:

  • my main values : freedom , sharing and the joy of living
  • my professional projects : yoga (with YOGASANA), the podcast (with VIBRATION) and inspiring discoveries to learn to know yourself, align yourself and take care of yourself.

5 - Join the adventure

To bring all this together, I would like to organize a VANASANA Tour de France . The idea? To meet you in the 4 corners of France and offer to take care of yourself: your body and your mind.

During a day spent together, I can already imagine a yoga class followed by a delicious brunch, then offering you an interview with an inspiring person and ending with a time for discussion.

As I write this article, I am only at the cleaning stage... but I can already clearly visualize these beautiful days that we will be able to share together!!

So, are you ready to share this adventure with me?
